Take Action: What You Can Do

If you or someone you know has been deceived, defrauded, or in any way harmed by Trek Alliance or one of its employees or representatives, there are several things you should do.

  1. File a complaint with your state's Attorney General. Be specific -- name the individuals involved as well as the company.
  2. File a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau, and the BBB in the location where the event occurred.
  3. Send a letter explaining what happened to:
    Marilyn Skibinsky, Director
    Bureau of Consumer Protection
    1000 E. Williams St., Suite 2000
    Carson City, NV 89701
  4. Send copies of all correspondence to your state and US Senators and Representatives. These folks like to help their constituents, but they can't help if they don't know there's a problem!
  5. Contact the media in your area or where the harm occurred. See if they will do an expose!
  6. Join Pyramid Scheme Alert and support them in their efforts to expose product-based pyramid schemes.

By working together, we can make a difference!
