IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Sidney Schwartz's motion for summary judgment (Docket # 575) is DENIED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that JUDGMENT is entered in favor of Defendants Procter & Gamble Company and Procter & Gamble Distributing Company and Defendant Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, and that Plaintiffs complaint against these Defendants is DISMISSED.
