Bigsmart.com Principals Barred from MLM

Richard Slaback, former President of Bigsmart.com, has been barred from involvement in any multi-level marketing for the next seven years. Slaback, who has a history of involvement in many different MLM organizations, several of which have come under regulatory scrutiny, tried to avoid the inevitable by jumping ship shortly before the FTC moved in on Bigsmart.com. He resigned, citing family considerations.

However, the FTC has entered a stipulated Final Order in their case against Bigsmart.com, which imposes some strict terms on Slaback and several of the other perpetrators of the Bigsmart.com pyramid scheme.

Slaback is barred from involvement in any multi-level marketing program for seven years, and from involvement in any prohibited business (i.e., pyramid scheme) for life.
