Who Leaked the Blakey Report?

The Quixtar Blog site has removed the Blakey Report from its servers. Amway has contacted MLMSurvivor to demand that we also remove the report as it is sealed under a protective order. (We can't remove what we don't have. MLMSurvivor does not now, nor has it ever, had a copy of the report on its website. Link, yes. Copy, no.) They apparently have received permission from the judge in the Texas P&G v Amway case to take the necessary steps to discover who leaked the report.

Earlier this month, the Quixtar Blog site reported on a document which was entered as expert testimony in one of the P&G v Amway lawsuits. The author of the report, Robert Blakey, is an expert on organized crime, and helped to draft the current RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) statute. Now, according to the site owner, Amway's lawyers are frantically trying to find out who leaked. They assert the report is confidential, and covered by a protective order. However, nothing on the document shows it to be confidential. . . Awaiting further developments. . .
