ATTENTION QUIXTAR IBO'S
Do you feel that you have been misled by statements made to you concerning Quixtar? Has this caused you to lose money through loss of time, materials and energy?
Were you told that the Quixtar website was going to be password protected and that the only way that someone other than an IBO could enter would be to give the referring IBO's password?
Were you told that you were going to be paid for those guests that you sent to the Quixtar site to browse , even if they didn't buy anything?
Were you told that you would make a commission on anyone that you referred to the site that bought something?
Additionally, do you feel that your right to advertise or to market your product has been restrained by Quixtar? Do you feel that Quixtar was able to advertise any way that they wanted including bulk mailings, television etc... and they "overlooked" IBO's that were advertising on the internet until they opened their site and received over two million hits? Then they decided to crack down on those persons that wanted to advertise on the internet.
Most Important: Do you feel that you have not been protected at the Quixtar website that in fact anyone can enter it without giving a referring IBO's number simply as applying as a guest?
If you feel that you were misrepresented in any way please reply with an email and briefly describe how you feel that you were misled. We are investigating the possibility of a class action seeking damages .
