Texas Attorney General John Cornyn is suing Double Eagle Marketing, based in the Killeen, TX area, as an illegal pyramid scheme, and for violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The company sells a home-based business program that purports to offer internet marketing strategies. Conryn claims that participants are paid for recruiting, not for selling products.
