This questionnaire was developed in order to gather information to submit to the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC has been petitioned to examine Amway's enforcement of FTC rules, which have been used as the legal model for distinguishing a legal from an illegal pyramid type MLM. Please read the accompanying letter to find out more about this request.
